Messi and Ronaldo recently showed the humbleness of their character, and that is with the mascots before big matches in the Copa America and the EUROS 2024, respectively. Before Messi and Argentina played against Canada in the Copa America opener, Messi greeted all of the children, who were in awe to see him. Ronaldo did the same thing as he was about to walk about with the rest of the team, and the smile of both Ronaldo and Messi said it all. They were both happy to bring joy to the children present, and the football fans united to appreciate the kind gesture of the two legends of the game.

Messi and Argentina will play their second match for the group stage in Copa America this Tuesday when they face Chile at the MetLife Stadium. Ronaldo and Portugal won their second win in the EUROS, defeating Turkey 3-0. They will be playing against Georgia in the final match of the group stage, but they are advancing to the knockout stages after that match.
