The EUROS 2024 has delivered yet another set of amazing matches. The final match of Group D has concluded. France drew 1-1 against Poland, while Austria defeated the Netherlands 3-2. Austria finished first in the group with six points, while France finished second with five points. The Netherlands finished third with four points, and Poland finished last with one point. During the France vs Poland match, Kylian Mbappé and Robert Lewandowski gave a preview of the Clasico match between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona next season. The two players shared a nice moment before the match, but during the game, the peace was not there as the two wanted to win for their national teams. Mbappé was wearing the black mask, and during a play, Lewandowski tried shielding the ball and accidentally smacked the French star in the face. Mbappé complained to the referee that he was holding his nose in pain, and he had yet to undergo surgery to fix it since it was broken.

Mbappé was not happy after getting hit in the nose by the FC Barcelona striker and even can be seen saying, "Son of a b*tch." The two seem to still be on good terms since they have shown respect towards each other. There could be tension next season as they will face each other in La Liga as Lewandowski will represent FC Barcelona and Mbappé will be playing for Real Madrid.

The two attackers scored for their national teams in the 1-1 draw between France and Poland. Mbappé scored his first goal in the European Championship in the 56th minute via a penalty. In the 79th minute, Lewandowski scored the equalizer via penalty as well. He failed his first penalty, but Mike Maignan had his two feet past the goal line. The draw did nothing for Poland since they have been eliminated from the last game, which was a 3-1 loss against Austria.
