Diogo Jota, Conor Bradley, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Luis Diaz were the goalscorers for Liverpool last night. Christopher Nkunku scored the only goal for Chelsea. Many Liverpool fans praise their players for their performances last night, especially Bradley's. The young right-back fit in the team well in the absence of Trent Alexander Arnold. Bradley was voted the man of the match last night because of his goal and two assists. Another praise the team got was the attacking trio of Jota, Diaz, and Darwin Nuñez. Liverpool fans were worried about seeing more than a month without Mohamed Salah on the team, but without him, the team continued to score lots of goals.
Although he didn't score a goal yesterday, Nuñez set a record he wishes he didn't break. Nuñez set a new record for the most shots at woodwork in a single Premier League match with four. He has the most shots at woodwork than any Premier League player, with nine, and has 12 shots at woodwork in all competitions. This shows the Uruguayan's hunger to try to score, but he did get an assist. Despite the post record, Nuñez is tied with the most goal contributions out of all the Liverpool attackers since Salah left for the AFCON Cup with Eygpt.
