Brazilian football star Neymar has recently made a luxurious real estate investment, purchasing a stunning penthouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The 32-year-old, currently playing for Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia, reportedly paid a staggering $54.45 million for the property, located within the upscale Bugatti Residences development in the Business Bay area.
The penthouse, known as the Sky Mansion Penthouse, is part of a lavish new complex, designed to offer residents exceptional luxury and comfort. According to the developers, the building's floor-to-ceiling windows flood each residence with natural light, while high ceilings and open spaces create a breezy, spacious ambiance.
The news of Neymar's acquisition was shared on Instagram by the developer Binghatti, who expressed their excitement in welcoming the football icon as the proud owner of one of the penthouses at Bugatti Residences. The signing ceremony took place in Dubai, led by Abdullah Binghatti, the company's Sales Director, along with other key company executives.
The Bugatti Residences complex is expected to be completed by 2027, and will consist of 171 apartments and 11 penthouses. While the exact interior details of Neymar’s new residence remain unknown, it is confirmed that the penthouse will feature a private pool and a vehicle elevator, allowing Neymar to have his car parked directly outside his apartment at all times.
As expected from a development of this prestige, the building will offer an array of high-end amenities, including a private club, fitness centers, pools, and more, making it a true luxury haven for its residents.
