With a message through its social networks, Chivas announced the departure of one of its players, in order to find more minutes, given the few opportunities in the scheme proposed by Marcelo Michel Leaño.
Ronaldo Cisneros will leave on loan until July 7 with the option to extend his loan until the end of the 2022 season, plus Guadalajara added a purchase option to the loan.
This is the third time that the 25-year-old attacker has been loaned by the Rojiblanco club, as since 2018 he has not found regularity with the first team or with the different coaches that have passed through the institution. On a couple of occasions he was loaned to the Liga de Expansión with the Zacatepec and Mineros de Zacatecas teams.
In his time with Chivas, Ronaldo Cisneros played 43 games, where he scored a total of six goals and generated three assists, and in the last two tournaments, he played for the Tapatío team in the Expansion League, where he played 29 games and registered seven goals and two assists.
Ronaldo Cisneros will join Javier 'Chicharito' Hernández, Carlos Vela, Efraín Álvarez, Julián Araujo, Josecarlos Van Rankin, Alan Pulido and Carlos Salcedo as another Mexican in the North American league.
The now Atlanta United striker will be looking for a place in Gonzalo Pineda's team alongside Josef Martínez, Machop Chol, Dom Dwyer, Jackson Conway, and Luiz Araújo.
Cisneros will find himself with another Mexican on the team, as Atlanta is managed by Gonzalo Pineda. The club previously had two Aztec players, Erick Torres and Jürgen Damm, but they are no longer with the team.
