Many of the were formed in Spain, as well as the Argentinian legend at La Masía from FC Barcelona. A top talented offensive midfielder who everyone is talking about and could be the next Messi is Luka Romero.

The youngster is only 16 years old and plays for Mallorca, the Spanish side that is currently at the second division. During this weekend, Romero scored his very first goal with the professional team, setting an incredible record. He did it at 16 years and 11 days old.

Everything occurred just two days before that the time that Diego Maradona needed to score his first professional goal, when he played for Argentinos Juniors. The record gives hope to everyone trusting on him to do a good professional career, even though he is just a kid.

Romero has yet to define in which national team he will play. Until now, he played for Argentina, even though he can also do it for Mexico. Gerardo Martino has already put an eye on him and tried to convince him to move to Mexico national team, even though it wasn’t yet confirmed where he will be doing it.
