Liverpool is interested in making a swap with AC Milan for midfielder Sandro Tonali, according to reports from England. The Reds are said to be willing to offer midfielder Naby Keïta in exchange for the 22-year-old, who has been linked with a move to Anfield in recent months. Keïta has struggled to make an impact at Liverpool since joining from RB Leipzig in 2018 and has been linked with a move away from the club in recent months.

It is believed that Liverpool is willing to offload the Guinea international to fund a move for Tonali, who is valued at around 60 million dollars. The 22-year-old has been one of the most impressive midfielders in Serie A this season, registering one goal and assists in nine appearances. Liverpool is interested in making a swap with AC Milan for midfielders.

They would send Keita to the Italian club in exchange for Tonali. Their lack of creativity and invention has been evident, especially in their recent string of poor results. While Tonali is not the most high-profile name, he is a very talented young player who could bring some much-needed quality to the Liverpool midfield.

What the future holds for Keita

This would be a great move for both clubs as it would allow Liverpool to offload Keita and his hefty wages, while also acquiring a young and talented player in Tonali. The Italian club is in dire need of midfield reinforcements and Keita would be a perfect addition to their squad.
If this deal goes through, it would be a very good move for Liverpool as they look to improve their midfield options ahead of next season.
