Carlos Vela is ready to return to Mexico National Team. So much that he’s considering playing in Liga MX for the first time in his career after his contract with Los Angeles FC expires over the summer, just to be closer to Gerardo Martino and enter El Tri’s radar.
Vela will have green light to play with El Tri again, as soon as this coach arrives
Although he’s one of the best Mexican players and the Aztec squad could use his help, given that Hirving “Chucky” Lozano won’t be available for the next FIFA match window, not everyone inside El Tri camp is happy with his return.
It’s rumored that Guillermo Ochoa isn’t keen on the idea of Vela’s new stint with El Tri, given that they don’t have a good relationship, which is why he could frustrate his return to the Aztec roster, even if that diminishes El Tri’s performances for the next games.
Guillermo Ochoa has invested money in one of the biggest El Tri sponsors for the current cycle, which is why he could use Kavak to pressure Mexican Football Federation to block Carlos Vela’s potential return to Mexico National Team.
Is Televisa behind the veto of Carlos Vela from Mexico National Team calls?
