Chivas managed to win their postponed match against Juárez FC on Wednesday on the last minutes of the game, after Alexis Vega scored an authentic ‘golazo’ that leaned the scale for El Rebaño, who finally defeated 3-1 “Tuca” Ferretti’s squad.

But the result doesn’t make up for the lack of ideas they show during most of the game, and the fact that since Marcelo Michel Leaño arrived in Chivas bench, El Rebaño Sagrado doesn’t have a plan to follow and at times they seem adrift.

Michel Leaño has coached 13 matches since arriving last season, when José Manuel Vucetich was fired. On those 13 matches, he has won just four of them, including last week’s game against Juárez FC. But it seems that Amaury Vergara isn’t too concerned.

Will Michel Leaño finish Clausura 2022?

Amaury Vergara will wait at least after the seventh round of Clausura 2022 to decide, although so far, he’s backed up the project of Michel Leaño since he was coaching the academy teams. Marcelo Michel Leaño currently earns $250,000 per season.
