Rayados de Monterrey needs help upfront. Although they have Rogelio Funes Mori as their star striker the regiomontano team requires one extra center-forward that allows Mohamed to have some options when deciding the starting line up. One player that currently is competing in the Liga MX has made it clear that he wants to play in the current Mexican champion.
This player knows how important and respected the shirt of Rayados is. Moreover, he wants to play at the Albiazul because of that responsibility. He said that the enormous amount of fans that Rayados has is want seduced him the most. Also he can be good competition for Rogelio Funes Mori because he is strong and fast.
In press conference, the striker revealed that he dreamed on playing in Monterrey and winning championships with the team. He is the Colombian forward Avilés Hurtado. Although he is currently playing at the club, he admitted that he wants to remain in the squad. Moreover, he still has one year and a half remaining on his contract. But most importantly, he is dispose to do whatever is needed to remain at Monterrey and earn a spot in the team.
Hurtado said that he wakes up every day willing to compete and to earn Mohamed's trust to play as much minutes as he can get. Although many other clubs are considering him as a reinforcement, he made it clear to the press that he wants to stay and defend the regia shirt.
