Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, has vehemently denied rumors surrounding his future at the club. In a fiery press conference, the Dutchman accused sections of the media of fabricating "fairy tales" and "lies" about his position.

"The noise came from the media, from some of you, not from all of you. Some of you are making up stories, creating stories, creating fairy tales, bringing noise, bringing lies," Ten Hag stated, clearly frustrated by the speculation.

The Red Devils' poor start to the Premier League season has led to increased scrutiny on Ten Hag, with some fans and pundits questioning his suitability for the job. Despite the pressure, the Dutch manager has insisted that he retains the full backing of the club's hierarchy.

"No, I haven't been given assurances," Ten Hag said when asked about his future. "We're all in this together. We have a plan, and we're sticking to it."

Ten Hag has been tasked with rebuilding Manchester United following the departure of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. While the club has made significant strides under his guidance, the lack of immediate results has led to growing impatience among fans.

The manager has expressed confidence that he can turn things around at Old Trafford, emphasizing the need for patience and unity within the club. "In elite football, I think sometimes you have to face challenges, but I'm sure we're going to be successful," he stated.

However, with the pressure mounting, Ten Hag will need to deliver positive results quickly to silence his critics and reassure the club's supporters. The upcoming fixtures will be crucial in determining the Dutchman's future at Manchester United.
