Although it is true that having a soccer star in their teams can generate a very high economic return, today many teams think about training players who can unbalance within a soccer field. You can see how some teams bet on young players who have a great future, giving them a place in their teams to aspire to win the championship.

It cannot be denied that there are "veteran" players who can give that extra quality to their teams but they must always be surrounded by young people around them. Such was the case of Zlatan Ibrahimovich, that with the arrival of Pavon, he increased his level. It is not enough just to have Higuain, Matuidi, Hernandez, or Dos Santos in the formation, teams must surround them with young players with great aspirations.

In turn, if we take the example of Carlos Vela, since the player is injured his team does not stop losing, denoting his hierarchy as a player. On the other hand, both Chicharito Hernandez and Higuain are having a hard time adapting to the speed of the league. It is no coincidence that the current top scorer of the tournament is Diego Rossi of Los Angeles FC who is only 22 years old.

The few injuries of the youngest are also a key factor to take into account in the effectiveness since fewer games are lost and they have the possibility of performing better when they have little rest time. Today the teams must make a balance between experience and youth but they are realizing that it is not only enough to bring great figures to their teams.
