The Kings and Queens League have launched their new season with a series of tryouts and a groundbreaking video that has shaken up the entire competition. For the first time, the leagues have revealed exactly how much players in both competitions will earn.

In an effort to avoid the rumors and speculation that plagued previous seasons, the leagues have opted for complete transparency regarding player salaries. However, this clarity only applies to the players selected through the draft process, leaving out the so-called "11, 12, and 13" players, who are presumably substitutes or additional squad members.

The salaries are distributed per match, with a tiered system in place. Each team will have two players earning the maximum amount of €200 per game. The next four players will receive €175 each, and the remaining four players will earn a minimum of €150 per game.

One important detail is that these salaries will be equal across both the Kings League (men’s competition) and the Queens League (women’s competition) in Spain. This only applies to players drafted for the new season.

In a related development, streamer Espe has made headlines by becoming the new president of Olimpo United after leaving her previous team, Aniquiladoras. The streamer from Seville has made the leap to the Americas, marking her debut in the women’s league on that continent.

Espe announced her move on September 6th through a fun video shared on social media with former professional footballer Chicharito Hernández, who owns Olimpo United.

Espe was previously part of Aniquiladores, a team led by Juan Guarnizo, where she helped secure victory in one of last season’s splits. She now has the unique opportunity to become the first president—male or female—to win the Queens League on two different continents.
