Harry Kane and the England national team lost 2-1 to Spain in the Euro Final in Germany. The English striker has still yet to win a major trophy in his career despite being one of the best strikers in the past couple of years. Football fans think that he has a curse that prevents him from winning a trophy as he just joined Bayern Munich yet has gone trophyless this past season, which is something unheard of for the biggest club in Germany. This is not the first time Kane lost a European Championship Final with England as they lost on penalties to Italy in the previous EUROS, EURO 2020. He lost in the German Super Cup with Bayern Munich to RB Leipzig last summer. He also lost with Tottenham Hotspur in the 2019 Champions League Final against Liverpool. Many football fans expect his streak to keep going, but others believe that he could finally break it next season with Bayern Munich, whether it is in the Champions League or in the Bundesliga.

Kane and England will now look forward to the 2026 World Cup, which is two years away. The English striker may feel horrible after this final, but England has yet to win a major international tournament since 1966 when they won the World Cup. This will be a forgettable tournament for Kane even though he did score goals for England and was the top goalscorer for them in the tournament this summer.

Kane played in all seven of England's matches at the EUROS, and he started in all of them. Kane scored his first goal of the tournament against Denmark in the group stage, which was a 1-1 draw. He scored against Slovakia in the Round of 16, where England won 2-1. Kane scored his third goal against the Netherlands in a 2-1 in the semifinals.

Kane didn't finish the match vs Spain

Harry Kane did not have a good game in the EURO final against Spain. In the 61st minute, Gareth Southgate subbed him off and replaced him with Ollie Watkins. Southgate's substitution was surprising because he is trusted by the manager, but many fans have asked for the change to be earlier.
