Carlo Ancelotti looks to upgrade positions in his team for next season!

Real Madrid are not willing to spend big this winter transfer window. The club's president, Florentino Perez, is content with their current squad and believes in the player for the rest of the season. They have won their first trophy of the season after their impressive 4-1 win in El Clasico against FC Barcelona.

Florentino Perez doesn't think buying new players in the current transfer window is necessary. He thinks that Carlo Ancelotti is fine with his current players and wants the Italian coach to build a strong core of players for the future. Some of those names are Vinicius Jr, Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo, Arda Guler, Brahim Diaz, Camavinga, and more.

The club is looking to add a world-class striker for the upcoming season. They are also looking at other positions in the team. The midfield and the attack are stacked with young, world-class talent. Now, they look to do the same for the defense. Madrid already counts on Eder Militao and Rudiger as their center-backs for the next couple of years.

Dani Carvajal has been immense this season as a right-back but is getting older at 32 years old right now. Madrid recalled Fran Garcia for the left back position and has Ferland Mendy back from injury. The French player has taken Garcia's spot on the left after delivering great performances in the Spanish Super Cup. Fran Garcia can still develop since he is only 24.

Real Madrid looks to sell Ferland Mendy to bring in Alphonso Davies in the summer

Despite delivering in the left-back position against Atletico Madrid and FC Barcelona, Madrid is still considering the player for sale this summer. Real Madrid is really happy with the player right now but does not like his injury history and his inconsistency. They look to bring in Bayern Munich's Alphonso Davies to fill that position. The rapid left-back is 23 years old and could fill that spot for many years at the Bernabeu.
