Neymar and Brazil are making their debut tonight against the Bolivia national team in the first round of CONMEBOL Qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup. The ‘Verdeamarela’ squad is motivated and eager to begin a new campaign after being eliminated by Croatia in the quarter-finals of the 2022 Qatar World Cup.

The offensive power of Fernando Diniz's team is notable. It's worth mentioning that in recent years, or at least since 2014, no team has performed better than Brazil in the qualifiers, consistently finishing in the top position ahead of the current world champions.

In recent days, there have been doubts about Neymar's participation. According to Mundo Deportivo, the midfielder is expected to make his return tonight. However, it's important to note that Neymar has not yet made his debut for Al Hilal, so his call-up was somewhat surprising for the Saudi Arabian team.

The reason Neymar hasn't debuted with the Saudi team is due to a muscular injury. Furthermore, Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus expressed in a press conference that he doesn't understand why Neymar was called up to Brazil. Nevertheless, it seems like Ney is completely recovered by now.

This is the starting lineup for Brazil against Bolivia:

Brazil: Ederson, Danilo, Renan Lodi, Marquinhos, Gabriel, Casemiro, Bruno G, Neymar, Rodrygo, Richarlison, Raphinha.
