Things between Real Madrid and La Liga are not good at all. Not only is there no relationship between the two heads of each entity, Javier Tebas and Florentino Pérez, but also the merengue club is against the new provisions of the tournament, which seek to increase the audience and favor, above all, television. There is so much disagreement that even Carlo Ancelotti said that he would lower his salary as long as his team was not bothered. What La Liga is trying to do is impose a new audiovisual regulation in which interviews are done at halftime and cameras have access to the locker rooms, among other novelties. As a sign of repudiation, the white club limited access to journalists, and has already received a response.

Florentino Pérez prevented the presence of television stations with rights. He prevented them from covering the previews of the matches, as well as the post-match ones, from the stadium, and he also did not allow any of his team's players to be interviewed. It only allows live images to be broadcast from inside the stadium seven minutes before the start of the match. This seriously complicates the production from television, since narrators and commentators are forced to literally run from their position in the preview to the broadcast booth. First of all, one of the channels that has grown tired of this move is Movistar, and has made a drastic decision.

What happens is that the channel has decided to narrate the Real Madrid vs Osasuna match from the television booth located in Barcelona and not from the stadium. The only journalist who has done so at the foot of the playing field precisely for interviews is Edu Aguirre, recognized from El Chiringuito. The broadcast booth has been deserted, which was unusual in recent games.

Thebes and Florentine, feuding

It is nothing new that the conflict between Real Madrid and La Liga responds a little to the bad relationship that Florentino Pérez has with the current president of La Liga, Javier Tebas. A few weeks ago, Tebas directed a barb at the merengue president publicly, which caused indignation among Madrid fans: "I think I believe that Florentino is untouchable, it's vox populi," he declared.
