It's never a good time to visit the Parc des Princes, especially if your form is so different from that of your opponents. Monaco arrives in the French capital with the aim of trying to stop the offensive masterclass that PSG has exhibited during the first three rounds of Ligue 1. It does not do so at the best moment, neither sporting nor emotional, as they have three games without a win, they were on the verge of reaching the Champions League and the painful defeat they suffered against Lens at home (1-4) is still fresh in the memory.
The opposite is true for PSG, who seem to have benefited from Galtier's arrival on the bench. The Parisian team, led by a Neymar in a state of grace, has won every game since the start of the season. They have scored 17 goals in their first three matches.
Lionel Messi adores him, he failed in soccer and now he is a famous musician
He fled for Mbappé, challenged Benzema and now nobody wants to hire him
Kylian Mbappé has a soft spot for Monaco as the team that saw him rise to greatness. Things can go really bad really quickly for Monaco as PSG is in impressive form. A battering of Mbappé’s former team is not something that Kylian would particularly enjoy.
Both Olympique de Lyon and Olympique de Marseille will be watching what happens on the pitch of the Parc des Princes at the end of the fourth match day. Both teams, with 6 and 7 points respectively, are waiting for the slightest chance to close the gap on the leaders, but to do so, they will first have to win their respective games.
Lyon, with one game in hand on their rivals, have won all their games to date and will be hoping to continue their winning ways against Reims, who are second-bottom in the competition. Marseille will have a more difficult task when they travel to Nice.
