Karim Benzema is one of the most outstanding forwards of the last decade. The Frenchman managed to win the 2021 Ballon d'Or after his impressive season with Real Madrid. However, things have not gone the best in Arabia, between injuries and the team beginning to adapt with the arrival of elements like Kante, Fabinho or the French striker himself.

Karim Benzema gave his favorite eleven of all time, without Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. The French player has had the opportunity to share with impressive players in some teams, as well as face them, but certainly to think that Messi and CR7 are worse than these players is something surprising. Benzema spoke about his ideal eleven and did not include these two players.

Karim Benzema, in a conversation he had with the official Al Ittihad website, gave his ideal eleven of all time. Curiously, it did not include either Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo. The latter is even more surprising, since he was a teammate at Real Madrid. Neuer; Dani Alves, Pepe, Sergio Ramos, Marcelo; Makelele, Pogba; Zidane, Ronaldinho, Ronaldo and Benzema.

Messi's praise for Benzema before winning the Ballon d'Or

L'Équipe released the fragment of an interview where Lionel Messi praises the Frenchman Karim Benzema, winner of the previous edition of the Ballon d'Or. “I think he was a fair winner. He deserves it for the great year he had and what he has been doing throughout his entire career. Benzema is a wonderful player and I think that he has this recognition is important for him and for football,” said the Argentine star.
