Brazil is making its debut today in the World Cup qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup. Neymar's team wants to start the campaign with a victory against Bolivia. The Seleção is one of the most powerful teams in international soccer.

One of their biggest stars, Neymar, was called up for this FIFA international break. However, the Brazilian has not yet made his debut for Al Hilal due to an ankle injury that has kept him sidelined.

Regarding the call-up of the former PSG star, Portuguese manager Jorge Jesus expressed his confusion about why Neymar was called up despite his ankle injury. It's worth noting that the player hasn't played an official match since February.

Despite participating in the preseason in Japan with his previous team, Neymar's return to action has been delayed. Nevertheless, this could change today.

Will Neymar play today?

According to Mundo Deportivo, everything is set for Neymar Jr. to make his return to the pitch today. Nonetheless, it's still uncertain whether he will start or come on as a substitute, but it's expected that he will get some minutes.
