Neymar became the flagship signing of Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League this summer. The Brazilian arrived in Saudi Arabia from PSG for just over $100 million and will spend approximately two years there with an option to renew for one more year.

Undoubtedly, for many, Neymar could have become one of the best players in the world, but his poor decisions and extravagant lifestyle have significantly affected his performance, which has been evident.

It's worth noting that for many fans, Neymar hasn't been the same since he left Barcelona in 2017 for Paris. Since then, both the player and the club have been in a constant battle to win titles outside of France, but they have been unsuccessful. Despite that, the former Santos player scored 118 goals in 173 games, becoming the fourth-highest scorer in the club's history.

After six years in the French capital, the São Paulo native opened up and talked about his time with the team owned by Nasser Al-Khelaifi. In an interview for the Brazilian show Esporte Espectacular, Neymar Jr discussed the experience of playing alongside Lionel Messi again.

Neymar's message to PSG

When asked about how he felt about reuniting with his former FC Barcelona teammate, the player indicated that, despite being very happy about his arrival, things didn't go the way both of them would have wanted, and he said it was hell for both of them.
