Through Adam Armour, the Major League Soccer expansion club was able to reach the milestone of scoring for the first time in the tournament today.

But it's not all doom and gloom for Charlotte FC, as Adam Armour has just entered the club's history books as the man responsible for the first goal for the MLS expansion club, which is making its league debut. 

The club played their MLS 2022 Week 1 match against DC United, a squad that showed no mercy on the newcomers and handed them a 3-0 drubbing.

And in week 2, the Minted Team of the Carolinas was also defeated, but this time by the LA Galaxy in a duel in which they put up more resistance, as the score ended 01. 

In the duel against the Five Stripes, they showed that they were not dead, but just like any newcomer, the league is costing them a little work.
