A new scandal in the Mexican national team. It is about an event that took place years ago, but was confirmed by Nestor de la Torre, coach of the team at the time. It is that the Mexican national team brought up to 25 women and a transvestite to the concentration according to the manager after a friendly match in Monterrey against Colombia in 2010.

"What's wrong with me in Monterrey? No, no, they don't go on a rampage... they put in 26 (women), I checked all the cameras. Well, that's not true, 25, because the other one was a transvestite," said Nestor de la Torre in an interview with David Medrano. A situation that was fully aired in the Mexican press at the time.

Some very well known elements participated in that event. Carlos Vela, Carlos Salcido, among others. According to Nestor de la Torre, there were around 16 soccer players who organized the party with women, drinks, among others. All this was captured by the hotel cameras that de la Torre himself reviewed.

How much did the players spend on the party?

According to a report by Business Insider Mexico, after a survey conducted among some female workers, the soccer players would have spent around 200 dollars per girl. In total they would make almost 50,000 dollars to take all the women to the hotel and have the party in Monterrey. An extremely delicate situation that outraged many at the time.
