Mbappé's wages prove that, as L'Equipe reports, Mbappé's wages are triple that of some of the highest-paid footballers in the top five European leagues. A top 10 list of the highest-paid footballers in the top five leagues monthly was released by Transfermarkt, and the numbers are shocking.

In the list, Mbappé easily tops it as he reportedly makes $6.5 million a month at PSG. That is more than a couple of PSG player's salaries combined. This monthly salary is triple the amount of the player in second place. Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane reportedly earns $2.2 million a month.
Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland are the two players below Kane and Mbappé. De Bruyne makes $2.1 million a month at Manchester City, while Haaland earns just over $2 million monthly. David Alaba earns the most out of any La Liga player, as he earns $2 million a month at Real Madrid.
The second top earner in La Liga monthly is FC Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski. The Polish striker makes around $2.03 million a month with Barca. Casemiro makes the most out of the Manchester United squad as he earns around $1.9 million a month.
