Mexico National Team hasn’t guaranteed his place in 2022 FIFA World Cup yet, although with 5 more games to dispute in CONCACAF Qualifiers, they already faced the most difficult teams -USMNT and Canada MNT-, which makes everyone think El Tri will be present in Qatar.
But in the previous World Cup Qualifiers, when El Tri was at this stage for the 2018 World Cup, they seem to be having a walk in the park, as Mexico National Team was already classified and had guaranteed their assistance in Russia.
Juan Carlos Osorio had an easier path to the World Cup than the current squad on the pitches, as he was called out by Carlos Albert, a soccer analyst and commentator, after claiming that the Colombian coach was drunk at training sessions and press conferences.
Although his stint as coach of Mexico National Team will be remembered by the 7-0 defeat against Chile and his rotations system, Juan Carlos Osorio put fairly good numbers with El Tri. He coached El Tri for 52 games, winning 33 of them, drawing 9 more games and losing the remainder 10.
Miguel Herrera is ready to become the next El Tri coach, under one condition
