André-Pierre Gignac will define his future during the next weeks. The French attacker aged 34 will see his contract with Tigres reach an end on June 2021 and will have to decide where to continue his professional career. Renewing might be an option, but moving on and make a last try is also a good choice.

Gignac has been playing since July 2015 for Tigres. He arrived the Liga MX side as a free agent after surprisingly leaving Olympique Marseille. After more than five years, he has to make the big decision to stay and probably end his career at Tigres or to leave and use one more jersey before retirement.

At the MLS there are many teams interested on signing him but two of them took the advantage: FC Dallas and LA Galaxy. For Dallas, it won’t be easy as the contract that a top player as Gignac may pretend is too expensive for them. Instead, for LA Galaxy things are different.

The club that has Chicharito Hernández is capable of making an effort to incorporate Gignac and make him one of the best paid players of the MLS. If such a thing happens, the Frenchman will play for his sixth club in his career, after FC Lorient, Pau FC, Toulouse, OM and Tigres.
