Ricardo Salinas Pliego is one of the most renowned names in Mexican soccer, although he never played, he’s been involved with Liga MX since acquiring TV Azteca in 1993 and then owning different Liga MX clubs, like Club Puebla and Mazatlán FC.

But he’s been criticized recently for the luxurious life he has, as he showed on a video that he always carries a thousand dollars on cash just for tips, and also has invested $1 million to become part owner of a golf course, a sport he enjoys playing.

But inside TV Azteca he’s not the only one that enjoys playing golf, as Jorge Campos also is usually seen in golf courses. And now, a new face joins them:  Luis García, who has been spotted practicing with Jorge Campos and has scheduled a golf game with his boss.

 

Why did he fail with Mexico National Team?

Luis García never had success while playing for Mexico National Team, as he played 76 games for El Tri in his career, although only 40 of them were official matches. Even though he scored one goal every two games, he couldn’t help El Tri to reach the fifth game in World Cups and was eliminated in quarterfinals of the 1996 Olympics.
