Lionel Messi has been playing since he is 13 years old for FC Barcelona. The Argentine forward joined La Masía as a child and never left from the Catalan side. There, he met great players, such as Xavi, Andrés Iniesta or Puyol, and some other attackers that helped him to be one of the best players of all time, at the level of Pele, Diego Armando Maradona and so.

One of those attackers with incredible skills that helped Messi was Luis Suárez. The Uruguayan arrived on July 2014, after leaving Liverpool for $85 million and play until September 2020 for Barça. He transformed himself into one of the all-time top-scorers from the club, but was axed by ex-president Josep María Bartomeu after the arrival of the Dutch head coach Ronald Koeman.

Suárez had to look for a club to play at and one of the best options he found then was Juventus. The Italian side show interest on signing him, as he was going to leave Barcelona for free. The no. 9 was one of the players that Cristiano Ronaldo asked to play aside him at Juve, but finally some problems linked to his passports prohibited him playing at Italy.

The story finally ended with Suárez playing for Atlético Madrid, club in which Diego Simeone wanted him as well. Since his arrival, the 33 years old striker show all of his talent, scoring nine goals and giving two assists after just 17 matches played. Even though he finally stayed at Spain, there were concrete chances from Suárez passing from Barça to Juve, from Messi to Cristiano.
