If there is an attribute that Cristiano Ronaldo has always had is his incredible physical form. Despite being 35 years old, the Portuguese striker is still at an incredible level and that has much to do to his training routine, including all the work that he does after and before playing a match.

Cristiano is clearly a physical player, one of those who has a working routine that just a few could follow. And that is accompanied by an undeniable talent, maybe at the level of Lionel Messi and a bunch of players in world history.

Andrea Pirlo revealed that one of Cristiano's secret at Juventus is that he is the first one to arrive to the trainings and the last one to leave. A work ethic that clearly marks that he is an example for all of him teammates, as the head coach recognized. During all his career, at Real Madrid, Manchester United and even at the very start at Sporting, the work hard to gain what he deserved.

Cristiano played both matches for La Vecchia Signora in the Serie A at the start of the season and scored three times, once against Sampdoria and twice against Roma. The international break won't be time to rest to the Portuguese machine, who played in the friendly against Spain and will also be with the national team for the UEFA Nations League compromises, against France (October 11) and Sweden (October 14).
