USMNT Transfer News: Celtic FC want to permanently buy Carter-Vickers from Tottenham

Cameron Carter-Vickers has been playing at his prime for Celtic FC and now the Irish team started negotiations with Tottenham Hotspur for the permanent transfer of Carter-Vickers after adding the American center-back on a season-long loan last summer.
