The clash between Chelsea and Arsenal was postponed due to the involvement of the Blues in the FIFA Club World Cup. The match was due to be played on Saturday, February 12, but the reigning Champions League winners had other duties to perform, which led to the postponement of the match. The new date of the match is still to be defined and we will have to be attentive to know it.

Chelsea's match against Arsenal has been postponed after the Blues, led by Thomas Tuchel, beat Al-Hilal, the Saudi Arabian team in the Club World Cup semi-final on Wednesday.
Thanks to a goal of the Belgian Romelu Lukaku, the London side were able to reach the final against the Brazilian side Palmeiras. The Blues will be looking to win the competition for the first time in their history and join Liverpool and Manchester United as English teams that have also won the FIFA Club World Cup.
If Chelsea had not beaten Al Hilal managed by Leonardo Jardim, the match would not have been postponed, as the London team would have had to travel back to England to play the game against Arsenal.
However, Chelsea won and went through to the final, which is scheduled to be played on the same day as the Premier League match, so, as it is an international club competition, the English Premier League match will be rescheduled.
Chelsea are in impressive form and have lost just once in their previous 16 games in all competitions, losing to Manchester City last month. Meanwhile, Arsenal returned to winning ways with a victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers yesterday after four games without a win.
The Blues will be hoping not to be left behind as Man City and Liverpool battle for the league title, while the Gunners remain in the race for the top four.
The Club World Cup is an annual competition in which the winner of each continent's most important competition faces off to be crowned "champion of champions".
The seven clubs that qualified for this year’s tournament were Chelsea, Palmeiras (Brazil), Al Jazira Club (UAE), Pirae (Tahiti), Al Ahly (Egypt), Monterrey (Mexico), and Al Hilal (Saudi Arabia).
After the elimination rounds, Chelsea, current Champions League winners, and Palmeiras, current Copa Libertadores champions, will face each other in the FIFA Club World Cup Final, to decide the champion.
