On the table, there is already a proposal from a Turkish businessman named Muhsin Bayrak, who even said in the news agency 'PA' that there is an offer to Chelsea and Roman Abramovich for about 3.6 billion euros.

The daily 'AS' was able to learn that Roman Abramovich traveled last Wednesday in his private jet to Turkey and that he is on Turkish soil, based on this information, to negotiate the sale of Chelsea with the said businessman.

But he could also be one of the personalities to help mediate in the war conflict between Russia and Ukraine, as Erdogan has offered to host another negotiating table.

The businessman who dreams with Chelsea: "Soon the Turkish flag will be flying in London".

Bayrak, a construction, energy, and technology tycoon, has revealed that he is among those bidding to take ownership of Chelsea.

"We can definitely confirm our bid for Chelsea," Seda Bayrak, general manager of Bayrak's AB Grup Holding, told Britain's 'PA' news agency. "We have sent our offer regarding this," he added.

Commercial bank Raine Group is handling the bidding process for Abramovich, who decided to sell the London club following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but the Russian has not been included in a growing list of British sanctions.

American billionaire Todd Boehly leads the most prominent bid for the Blues so far, as the LA Dodgers co-owner teamed up with Swiss tycoon Hansjoerg Wyss.

"We will fly the Turkish flag in London soon," said Bayrak, who added: "We are negotiating the terms of the Chelsea purchase with Roman Abramovich's lawyers."
