Millionaire salary: Darwin Núñez will earn more than Van Dijk

In recent weeks, Liverpool's board of directors made official the signing of Darwin Núñez, a striker from Benfica, for whom they paid a figure close to 75 million euros plus another million euros in variables, in a negotiation that would reach 100 million euros.

How much will the Uruguayan earn?

The truth is that this Friday, the media 'The Times' revealed the salary of Nunez, who has signed a contract until the 2028 season. The 22-year-old striker will be paid no less than 163,000 euros per week.

This figure makes him one of the highest-paid players in the squad. Without going any further, he would be paid more than Virgil van Dijk, one of the great emblems of Jürgen Klopp's Liverpool.
