The 2022 World Cup win of the Argentina national team in Qatar continues to be talked about by the Argentina people. The match will be remembered by many football fans due to the final being very eventful as Argentina and France drew 3-3 and Argentina won 4-2 in the penalty shootout. One of those players who played with the national team for the World Cup in Qatar was Paulo Dybala.

Dybala was very happy to win the World Cup and scored in the penalty shootout against France in the Final on December 18th, 2022. While it was a very emotional moment for Dybala and the rest of the players, there is another moment that rivals it. This is understandable, as Dybala got married to his current wife, Oriana Sabatini, two days ago. The pair were married in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and special guests were invited.

A few players from the national team who won the World Cup in 2022 and the Copa America this summer. Enzo Fernandez, Leandro Paredes, Lisandro Martinez, and Rodrigo De Paul. Over 300 people were invited for the special, even for Dybala and his partner. Phones were not permitted during the party, which lasted around 14 hours. Dybala was very emotional during the wedding as he was happy to get married to the love of his life.

Dybala proposed to Oriana Sabatini last year with Alvaro Morata present in the background. Dybala proposed Sabatini in Rome, Italy. It was a special proposal for the pair since Sabatini mentioned that she always wished to be proposed at the Trevi Fountain in Rome.

Dybala was very happy to be with his special partner and used this summer to plan it with Sabatini. He was not called up for the Copa America this summer by Lionel Scaloni, the manager of the Argentina national team. Dybala was happy to see the Argentina national team win the Copa America Final against Colombia without him and congratulated them after the match last week. Scaloni was also grateful for Dybala's congratulations, but he couldn't attend the wedding with Lionel Messi.

Messi is in Miami with his family and enjoying some time off as he is currently injured with an ankle injury he got in the Copa America final. He was a major absence at Dybala's wedding, which took place this past weekend.

The other players that got married this weekend

Paulo Dybala was not the only football player who got married this past weekend. Federico Chiesa from Juventus and Kai Havertz from Arsenal each got married to their partners this week. The Italian and the German were playing for their respective national teams at the EUROS a couple of weeks ago.

Italy was eliminated in the Round of 16 by Switzerland as they lost 2-0. Germany was eliminated in the quarterfinals by Spain, the eventual champions of the European Championship. Germany lost 2-1 to Spain in extra time.
