Zidane won the 1998 FIFA World Cup and the 2000 Euros with France. He won the Ballon d'Or in 1998 and was awarded The Best FIFA Men's Player of the Year award on three occasions. While playing for Real Madrid, he also won the UEFA Best Player in Europe award in 2002.

Zidane prefers to manage Manchester United over Bayern Munich

L'Équipe reports that Zidane would prefer to become coach of Manchester United rather than Bayern Munich. Manchester United is likely to not continue with Erik Ten Hag next season after finishing a poor season, which means they won't play Champions League football next season. After many rejections from top managers like Zidane, Bayern Munich now turned their focus to keeping Thomas Tuchel next season and canceling parting ways at the end of the season.
