The Boston Celtics star, Jaylen Brown, has repeatedly expressed his deep admiration for FC Barcelona, making it clear that the Catalan club holds a special place in his heart. In a recent interview with Alejandro Gaitán for Relevo, Brown reminisced about his visit to Camp Nou and the club's training facilities in the summer of 2022.

"Camp Nou was simply breathtaking. The history, the atmosphere, it's unlike anything else. Barça is one of the biggest sports organizations in the world, and to be there and receive such a warm welcome was truly spectacular," said Brown, the reigning NBA Finals MVP. His visit was made even more special by being greeted by Josep Cubells, the club's basketball director, and donning a Barça jersey.

Brown's connection to Barça is further strengthened by his friendship with former teammate Jabari Parker, who has also played for the Catalan club. The NBA star's frequent visits to Spain and his efforts to improve his Spanish language skills demonstrate his genuine interest in the country and its culture.

"Spain has a special place in my heart," Brown shared. "I enjoy the lifestyle, the people, and of course, the basketball. I'm planning a trip to Seville soon with my teammate Kristaps Porzingis, who has fond memories of playing for Betis."

Brown's admiration for Barça is a testament to the club's global appeal. As one of the most successful and iconic football clubs in the world, Barça has a massive following that extends far beyond Catalonia. The club's history, playing style, and commitment to youth development have captivated fans around the globe, including NBA superstars like Jaylen Brown.
