Real Madrid is days away from playing a Champions League Final, and they want to win their 15th trophy in this competition. The Spanish club’s future seems to be in great hands after this Champions League final, especially if the club wins it against Borussia Dortmund at Wembley Stadium. If Real Madrid wins the Champions League trophy this season, the club could earn more than $80 million, which would be enough to make more signings apart from bringing in Kylian Mbappé, who is set to join as a free agent. Real Madrid are interested in signing Lille defender Leny Yoro. Santi Aouna from Foot Mercato reports that Real Madrid wants to send an offer of €30M + bonuses [or $32.5 million] to Lille for Leny Yoro. Lille wants more and hopes the competition drives the price up, but Real Madrid has played their cards and asked Leny to wait.

A few weeks ago, the deal seemed impossible to make happen as Yoro is interested in lots of clubs in Europe, like the Premier League and PSG. Real Madrid has asked Leny Yoro to be patient and refuse all offers for now. They hope the player’s willingness to join tips the balance. Foot Mercato reports that Yoro wants Real Madrid and is convinced by the project.

Real Madrid could sign other players like Alphonso Davies or Joshua Kimmich depending on departures this summer. The Canadian player is interested in playing in Spain, and his contract expires next year. Kimmich’s contract also expires in the summer of 2025, which means Bayern Munich does not want to lose both players as free agents. Real Madrid could be willing to negotiate a feasible price for both players this summer or wait until next year to sign them as free agents if they don’t renew their contracts.
