Real Madrid is recognized to be the biggest club in football history due to their success in Spain and in Europe. The club has even won international club tournaments like the FIFA Club World Cup. Real Madrid's president, Florentino Perez, has been instrumental when it comes to signings and making decisions that will grow the club and be financially stable to have a competitive team every year.

The club has won 15 Champions League trophies throughout football history, and it is the most trophies any European club has ever won. That achievement seems unachievable for many clubs as they continue to win it. They won two in the last three Champions League campaigns. The club has a new record that no club has achieved yet, which is a credit to Perez once again.

Real Madrid announced in a statement that they confirmed becoming the first football club to exceed $1 billion in revenue. It is a 27% revenue increase than the previous season. Real Madrid made a profit of around $16 million in the 2023/2024 season. The current net worth of Los Blancos is worth around $622.8 million. The club has earned a lot of revenue thanks to the renovation of the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real Madrid expects the revenue to increase for next season since the Santiago Bernabeu is still not 100% complete due to businesses in the stadium that will increase funds. The statement of the club says, "All of this has resulted in a significant increase in income from stadium businesses, although it will not be until 2024/25 when the stadium is fully operational for all its businesses. Finally, there has been an increase in income from international competitions due to the Champions League title (the last year they were semi-finalists)."

Diario AS reports that the Santiago Bernabeu is expected to host many more events when the stadium is fully renovated, as a few businesses in the stadium are nearly ready to operate. The club has allowed concerts and events to be at their stadium, with popular singers like Karol G and Taylor Swift holding more than 70,000 people in the Bernabeu. Karol G performed four times in four days at Real Madrid's stadium, where it helped the club earn around $19.5 million. These positive numbers make Real Madrid more open to hosting concerts at their stadium and making it a site for many other events to take place.

Real Madrid's first match at the Santiago Bernabeu for next season

While Real Madrid allows events to occur in their stadium this summer and these past few weeks, the team are training for their preseason which will take place in the United States. Real Madrid has three games for the US preseason tour, which are against AC Milan, FC Barcelona, and Chelsea. They will then play against Atalanta on August 14th at the National Stadium Warsaw in Poland.

Real Madrid's La Liga season begins on August 18th against Mallorca at the Estadi Mallorca Son Moix. Real Madrid's first game of the new season at the Santiago Bernabeu will be on August 25th against Real Valladolid. The club has used their stadium this summer for the team as they presented Kylian Mbappé last week. They are set to present Endrick Felipe this weekend.

Real Madrid fans are excited about the new team playing at the Bernabeu next season, which starts in a few weeks. The fans are excited about their new attack, as Mbappé and Endrick will be great additions to the already stellar attack of Vinicius Jr., Rodrygo, Brahim Diaz, and Arda Guler.
