The wage bills have been revealed by Spotrac and it shows the big differences between the newly promoted teams and the top teams in the Premier League. Liverpool has among the highest wage bills, but they don't compare to the likes of Manchester United and Manchester City.

The club with the lowest wage bill is Luton Town, with £20.9 million. This was expected since they are a newly promoted team, breaking the record for the smallest stadium in Premier League history. The capacity of the Kenilworth Road stadium is 10,356. Sheffield United and Burnley are above them, as all three promoted teams have the lowest wage bills. Sheffield's wage bill is £28.2 million, while Burnley's is £34.3 million.
Wolves have the lowest wage bill that has already been in the Premier League. Their wage bill is at £36.1 million. Bournemouth is higher with £37.3 million, while Brentford overtakes them with a 37.9 million pound wage bill. Fulham ranks 14th above Brentford with a £59 million wage bill. Brighton is higher with a £60.3 million wage bill.
Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace are above Brighton with around 68 million pounds in wage bill; Forest is £68.6M, and Palace is £68.7M. Everton kicks off the top ten most expensive wage bills in the league. Everton's wage bill is at 78 million pounds. In 9th, it's Newcastle United with an £87.8M wage bill.
Tottenham is 8th with a £94.5 million wage bill. West Ham United is higher with a £94.8 million wage bill. In 6th, it's the first team to meet six figures. Aston Villa has a £105.9 million wage bill.

Liverpool is 5th on the list, with a wage bill that equates to £134.9M. Chelsea are 4th with a wage bill of £149.3M. Arsenal are 3rd in the ranking with a wage bill of £166.1M.
The two Manchester clubs have the highest wage bills in the Premier League. Manchester United has a wage bill of £180.6M, while Manchester City has a £190.9M wage bill.
