Man United wanted to offer Sancho to BVB in a swap deal, but Sancho joined on his own in a six-month-long loan deal. Liverpool are interested in the player, and with United out of the race, this is a clear path for the Merseyside club to sign him.
Malen had 15 goal contributions in 22 games for Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga last year. His form dropped this season in the Bundesliga, as the winger has five goals in 16 games. Liverpool would still like depth in the right-wing position since Salah is their only natural right-winger.
