Real Madrid has just won their 15th Champions League trophy in its history, and it is the 6th trophy in the last ten years. Real Madrid won three in a row from 2016 to 2018, and one of their players who won trophies with the Spanish club many times is Costa Rica keeper Keylor Navas. The goalkeeper was key for Real Madrid for many years, but now he is accused of a serious mistreatment of one of his non-contracted workers. BMF TV reports that Navas is accused of being denounced for labor slavery as he allegedly made a man work up to 90 hours a week without a contract and without social security. Navas forced him to go with a weapon belonging to the goalkeeper and housed him in a humid basement without windows, according to the complaint. Navas has yet to respond to this complaint, but a video released showcases Navas saying, “We work with my rules.”

The last social media post Keylor Navas posted on his pages was him thanking Paris Saint Germain for his time at the French club. Navas wrote “Merci,” along with the trophies he won with the club. The Costa Rican keeper won three Ligue 1 titles, three French Cups, one French League Cup, and three French Super Cups.

After hearing these allegations against Navas, many fans have felt disgusted, and some Real Madrid fans do not want to recognize him as a club legend for winning three Champions League trophies in a row. Navas was at Real Madrid from 2014 to 2019. He played a total of 162 matches for the club, where he conceded 159 goals and kept 52 clean sheets.

Keylor Navas retired from the Costa Rica national team

Navas announced a week ago that he will retire from the Costa Rica national team. The keeper represented the Costa Rica national team for 16 years, and he played in three World Cups. This means that he will not be in the Copa America 2024 with Costa Rica, who will be in Group D with Brazil, Colombia, and Paraguay.
