After the poor results, the Manchester United board is seriously thinking about releasing Erik Ten Hag, in his place there are two options that have begun to sound strong in Europe. The first is Simone Inzaghi, coach who currently directs Inter Milan; and the second is Eddie Howe, a coach who currently directs Newcastle in England.

Simone Inzaghi recently increased his contract with Inter Milan until 2026, following rumors that he was leaving the team. The truth is that Inter are quite happy with the Italian coach. That is, Manchester would have to pay an exit clause for Simone Inzaghi that the club has not revealed. His salary at Inter is $6 million dollars.

For his part, Eddie Howe had a contract until June 2024, which has not been renewed by the English team. For this reason, Howe is ahead of Simone Inzaghi, because the club should not have to pay anything to obtain his services. Eddie Howe's salary at Newcastle is even cheaper than Simone Inzaghi's and that is why it is another reason for his signing to be much more reliable.

Erik Ten Hag's salary is much larger, according to the Salary Sports portal he earns $11 million dollars a year with Manchester, he is one of the highest paid coaches in the world. Due to the greatness of Manchester United, what they have achieved is practically nothing, although Ten Hag says that they should not send him and made the excuse that Manchester has not won anything for 11 years: “Manchester United won the league for the last time in 2013, 11 years ago. But they still expect us to win every game while competing at the top. “This club is not prepared for that.”
