Cristiano Ronaldo continues to have more investments and partnerships that will help improve people's health. Ronaldo signed up as an investor for Whoop, a wearable technology watch, and the Portuguese star promoted it on his Instagram broadcast. Whoop chief executive Will Ahmed told The National that this is "one of the largest if not the largest investment he's made in a company. [Ronaldo] actually reached out to us for a partnership, showing his belief in us." The National News reports that CR7 invested in Whoop as soon as the company expanded to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain, in addition to other Asian countries, with no exact number as to how much the Portuguese star invested in the partnership.

Whoop was founded in 2012 and provides "training, health, sleep, and recovery services and has raised around $405 million," according to Cruchbase. Ronaldo's new investment will develop new products and services and boost engagements due to the popularity of Ronaldo, who is known to partner with healthy practices that improve one's health.

Ronaldo has used the product during a game with Al Nassr in the past. Earlier this season in the AFC Champions League, Ronaldo wore a Whoop bracelet, which is designated for athletes under the white tie. The goal of the bracelet was to track health and fitness indicators, have a measure of the body's vital signs, and provide information about the body for recovery. CR7 is very strict when it comes to his health and body, especially since he is 39 years old and is near the end of his professional footballing career. Ronaldo scored a brace in the 4-3 win with Al Nassr against Al Duhail SC.
