Arsenal's highly-rated 18-year-old defender, Ayden Heaven, is the subject of intense transfer speculation, with both Borussia Dortmund and Ajax reportedly keen on securing his signature.

Heaven, who made his senior debut for the Gunners in October, is out of contract at the end of the season. Despite ongoing negotiations, the young Englishman has yet to commit his future to the club.

According to renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal are working hard to tie down their promising talent to a new long-term deal. However, both Borussia Dortmund and Ajax are closely monitoring the situation and are prepared to pounce if Heaven becomes available on a free transfer.

Transfer Battle Heats Up for Arsenal's Young Star Heaven

Dortmund's interest in Heaven has been known since last summer, and it seems the Bundesliga giants have maintained their pursuit. The Dutch giants, Ajax, have also joined the race for the highly-rated defender, adding another dimension to the transfer saga.

Heaven joined Arsenal from West Ham United in 2019 and has quickly risen through the ranks at the Emirates Stadium. His impressive performances for the club's youth teams and his recent senior debut have alerted some of Europe's top clubs to his potential.

With his contract set to expire, Heaven has a big decision to make about his future. A move to a club like Borussia Dortmund or Ajax would offer him the opportunity to play in the Champions League and develop his career further. However, staying at Arsenal and fighting for a first-team place would also be an attractive proposition.

All eyes will be on Heaven as the transfer window approaches. Whether he chooses to stay at Arsenal or seek a new challenge elsewhere, one thing is certain: the young defender has a bright future ahead of him.
