The Portugal national team has one more friendly match in this international break as they take on Slovenia. In the last friendly match, Portugal played against Sweden, where the Portuguese won 5-2 in Portugal. That game did not feature Cristiano Ronaldo as he was on a little vacation with his family in Saudi Arabia. Ronaldo is back with the Portugal national team as they travel to Slovenia to play against the Slovenian national team at the Stadion Stozice. While Ronaldo is seen as the opponent for tomorrow's friendly match, Slovenia seems crazy about the Portuguese legend as the fans and some footballers are excited about his arrival.

Two players that look forward to playing against Ronaldo are Slovenia players Adam Cerin and Andraz Sporar. When Cerin was asked about playing against Ronaldo and Portugal, he said, "It's a special feeling when you play against these stars. He is one of the stars we watched on TV throughout our childhood. He [Ronaldo] has been a big part of our lives. It is a great honor to be able to meet such a player on the field. We are very much looking forward to the match against Portugal.”

Andraz Sporar was also asked about playing against Cristiano Ronaldo. Sporar said, "Cristiano has been playing at the highest level for twenty years, and it's unbelievable, the number of numbers he has achieved. We can only shake his hand, congratulate him, and enjoy his career. However, it would obviously be great to beat him at home."

Slovenian fans wait outside the airport for Cristiano Ronaldo

The Portugal national team has arrived in Slovenia for the friendly match tomorrow. Ronaldo will play this game after missing the last match against Sweden. Becuase of this, a long line of Slovenia people were waiting outside and inside the airport where the Portuguese national team landed at. There are also fans waiting outside of the hotel where Ronaldo and the team will be staying. The people waiting are wearing Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Al Nassr shirts with Ronaldo on the back, which he has worn throughout his career.
