Lionel Messi is at his best moment of the past year. His presence in PSG and the Argentina national team have been outstanding and his words of humility are proof of why he's one of the best soccer players in the world. 

Lio has 11 goals and assists combined this season with PSG alone and just scored two goals on his last match with Argentina against Honduras. Lio's reality has made FC Barcelona fans miss him most although they have a new striker.

The international break has been a nightmare scenario for the Catalan club and now they have to add one more injury to the already long and worrisome list they have. First Koundé, then Dembélé, later Depay and De Jong, followed by Ronald Araujo and now Hector Bellerin. 

Xavi Hernández is running out of options with his team and looks worried as the coming schedule is packed with complicated matches. The Spanish club will face two La Liga compromises followed closely by two UEFA Champions League matches and ‘El Clásico’ against Real Madrid in October 10th. 

How Xavi can solve Barcelona's schedule

FC Barcelona will have to restructure its entire defense. Without Koundé or Araujo, the two centre backs will have to be decided amongst Piqué, Eric García or Andreas Christensen. The fullbacks will also have to alternate between Baldé, Alba, Sergi Roberto and Marcos Alonso. Furthermore, Xavi will have to play constantly with Raphinha or Ferran Torres due to Dembélé's injury.
