Real Madrid are always on the lookout for new young talents that can become permanent contributions to the team for many years after being signed. This was the case of a young Brazilian who Florentino Pérez took interest upon and bought and then loaned to Flamengo for a whole season.

We're talking about Real Madrid's newest star, Vinicius Jr. This young Brazilian talent has shown that he's committed to the team's development and has improved way beyond belief under Carlo Ancelotti's wing.

The real reason why Griezmann does not want to return to Barcelona is revealed

Vinicius has a rough start in Real Madrid. He was bullied and belittled constantly by the Spanish press. With only 18 years of age, he lacked a lot of technique and drive towards the goal and he made many mistakes in attacking positions. His development was very slow. He spent almost a year in Real Madrid castilla and when he finally made it to the first team he was ridiculed, criticized and questioned even by his teammates.

Later on, with Carlo Ancelotti's arrival, the Brazilian grew beyond expectations and debunked the idea that Mbappé would be his replacement and he would even be an exchange token for PSG to give up Mbappé.

Vinicius improved and Mbappé betrayed

Mbappé used Real Madrid to get more money from PSG and fans hate him for that reason. Later came Vinicius, who made important goals, made a difference on the team, was vital to Madrid's comebacks and even scored a final UCL goal to seal Madrid's victory over Liverpool last season. It's no wonder Madrid has forgotten about the conflictive and ambitious frenchman.
