The United States National Team returns to activity in this international FIFA break. The team will face Uzbekistan in a friendly with a view to the 2026 World Cup and  the next Nations League commitments, where the United States will seek to ensure its presence in the 2024 Copa America.

The American team has positioned itself in an important way towards its World Cup, where it will host and the reality is that the performance in Qatar 2022 was not negative at all, considering the youth of the team. Now, one of the team's biggest stars is already talking about the USMNT captain.

Pulisic and McKennie now play in Italy, with two of the country's biggest clubs. However, for the Juventus player, Christian Pulisic looks different, in a positive sense after his first months in Milan. The trust that the captain of the American National Team has had in AC Milan has improved the player's performance and could be evident with the United States.

What did McKennie say about Pulisic?

"In training, it just seems like he is having more fun, like he's more confident. It seems like he's more fluid in the decisions he's making in the training - taking players on one-on-one, getting shots off and scoring goals. I love seeing him that way because I've known him since I was 13,” McKennie confessed.
