Cristiano Ronaldo's future remains an unknown. Criticized at Manchester United for trying to force a move to a Champions League team, the Portuguese striker was linked with Borussia Dortmund. Jorge Mendes, his agent, offered the services of ‘CR7’ to the German club, however the club’s CEO, Hans-Joachim Watzke, closed the door to the arrival of the Portuguese star.

Still, Julian Nagelsmann was asked about the option of seeing Cristiano in the Bundesliga and the Bayern Munich coach did not mince words: “To be honest, I don't care if Cristiano goes to Borussia...," he lashed out at a press conference. "Whether he goes there or not is of no relevance to me”.
