Before the beginning of the current season, news came out in Barcelona of a supposed return of Lionel Messi to the biggest team in Catalonia. However, a recent photograph destroyed what little hope fans had.

Both Xavi Hernandez and Joan Laporta expressed their desire for Messi to wear the blaugrana shirt again, in fact, the spanish  newspaper Marca reported that the Argentine star's environment and the Barcelona board had already begun to negotiate.

However, there is an image that has been circulating in recent hours, of Messi with the top leaders of PSG, smiling and very focused on the project that he leads together with Neymar and Mbappe. Messi is believed to be happy to fulfill his contract with PSG for another year.
